The Associate in Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences Degree is THE transfer degree at Quinebaug Valley Community College. It has been specially designed for those students who will be continuing their studies after graduation. It affords each student the opportunity of fulfilling at least 75% of the general education requirements of most four-year colleges and universities.
Teachers, lawyers, nurses, writers and engineers all pursue course of study that begin with basic liberal arts and sciences courses.
