QVCC has partnered with Connecticut Small Business Development Center (SBDC), Northeast Connecticut Economic Alliance, Spanish American Merchants Association (SAMA), Northeastern Connecticut Chamber of Commerce (NCCC) and Windham Region Chamber of Commerce to provide small business support options in our community.

How to Get a Small Business Started
This is a great place to begin for someone interested in starting his or her own small business. This workshop provides an overview of the realities of starting a small or micro business such as commitment, motivation, state regulations, business plans, organizational options and finances.
