Personnel at the front desk can direct concerns or problems to appropriate staff members.
If an unavoidable circumstance makes it impossible for a faculty member to meet a class, he/she must notify the office of the Dean of Learning and Student Development (412-7200) and the Willimantic Center staff (423-1824).
Setting up a telephone tree is recommended to notify students of cancellations. Please leave a copy of your phone tree at the front desk so we can assist you if necessary.
Tutoring services are available.
Walk-in math and English tutoring schedules are posted on the academic support board, near the library.

Assistance is provided with library research and tutoring, if necessary.
A small collection of books, videos, and audio tapes on strategies for success in college are available in the Library.
Some of the books available are:
Books are available at the Willimantic Center the first 2 weeks of classes. Please advise students to purchase their books as soon as they possibly can.
The books are returned to the Danielson Campus at the end of 2 weeks.
Late arrivals will be posted on the board outside the bookstore.
Day and evening bookstore hours will be posted.
Some supplies, such as diskettes, pens, pencils, and notebooks will be available all semester.

Closes a half hour before the building is scheduled to close. For closing schedule, check at the front desk.
Not staffed at all times.
Any problems should be directed to the front desk.
Classrooms may be used for overflow if no classes are in session.
Please Do:
Clean up after your work
Bring in your own disk
Speak softly (as in the library)
Return all special setups to normal
Handle the machines gently, with care
Please Don't:
Install or run personal software anywhere in the lab
Place personal files on the hard drive
Delete any files from the hard drives
Bring food or drink into the lab
Bring children into the lab
It is not permissible to use the computers to access material that may be considered pornographic.
Lab use is restricted to students & staff.
DUPLICATING SERVICES
Request duplicating services by completing the form provided in the copy room.
The front desk staff is available to make copies and will try to accommodate all requests in a timely manner.
Please make requests in advance, if possible.
Phones are located in the library, faculty offices, front desk, and vestibule. All classrooms have emergency phones for 911 calls and internal communication only.
In an emergency call 911 from the nearest phone and notify the Front Desk.
Offices are available for faculty to use for computer work, telephone calls, or to meet with students.
Check at the front desk for availability.
Food and beverages are not permitted in the computer classrooms, lab, and library.
Microwave oven and refrigerator are available for common use.
Coffee and vending machines are available. See the front desk staff for prices or change.

Student Copier (10 cents per page; honor system - pay at the front desk)
A lost and found box is kept at the reception desk.
Please advise students to label their books, diskettes and other items so we can assist with their return.

Delivered to Danielson as follows: Inquire at the Front Office.
Incoming Mail
Distributed to individual mailboxes or the front desk. Please check your mailbox regularly.
Free public parking lots of various durations are available at a number of locations around the Willimantic Center . Please pay attention to posted regulations to avoid parking tickets. Parking in the Jillson Square parking lot is free and this lot can be used all day.

To protect our students' confidentiality, these areas are for faculty and staff use only.
Classrooms are scheduled in advance.
Please do not move classes to another room without checking with the front desk.
Please start and finish classes at the scheduled time. For safety and staffing issues, the Center closes promptly at the scheduled times.
The suggestion box is located in the lobby.
