The Business Office oversees the financial operations of the college. We provide services to the College community in the areas of accounting, financial reporting, and student accounts. Our responsibilities also include student billing and collection, budget management, accounts payable and receivable, procurement, contract compliance, and the management of insurance programs to help safeguard the College’s assets and ensure proper use of the College’s financial resources. We focus on ensuring that all college funds are properly received, spent, and reported in accordance with accounting guidelines, college policies, and state and federal regulations. We are committed to providing excellent service in all these areas to the campus community.
Location and Hours of Operation
The Business Office is located on the 2nd floor of the main building
on the Danielson campus. We are open Monday through Friday, from 8:00
am to 4:30 pm.
The Cashier’s window is open Monday through Thursday, from 8:30 am to
4:30 pm, and Friday from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm. The Cashier posts
extended hours during open enrollment.
