Enrollment Checklist

Complete the Application for Admission and submit it with the $20 application fee.
Submit an official copy of your high school transcript/diploma. If you have previously attended college, please submit official transcripts for evaluation and award of transfer credit where applicable,
as well as meeting prerequisite requirements.
Submit immunization records for measles and rubella if you were born after 1956 (waived
for graduates of a Connecticut high school in 1999 or later or if a first time non-degree student
enrolled for less than 12 credits)
Mail or bring your completed application with the $20.00 fee, transcripts, and immunization records to:

	Spring 2010 - Online Application for new/transfer students will be available from 10/1/09 to 1/10/10.
	All online applicants must have a valid e-mail address and pay a non-refundable $20 application fee by Visa/MC over the web.

If you have not taken the SATS, schedule a Basic Skills Assessment test.
Apply for financial aid, complete your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) online at www.fafsa.edu.gov
Schedule an appointment to meet with an advisor to review your test scores and register for classes.
Or attend an Open Registration Day.
Purchase your books and get your student ID.
Attend New Student Orientation.
Start your classes.
