Images of America: Killingly
By: Natalaie L. Coolidge, and Robert A. Spencer
Arcadia Publishing

The Killingly Historical Society announces the publication of a pictorial history, dating back to the earliest days of photography, of the seven villages that make up the Town of Killingly! The collection of photographs shows how the citizens lived, worked and played from about 1850 to 1970. There are over 200 photographs in this book. Natalie Coolidge and Robert Spencer painstakingly chose the pictures used, then provided historical information for each. These photos have come from a variety of sources; all who contributed to this effort are gratefully acknowledged!

For more details about the book (now available at the Historical Society, QVCC, and other fine locations!) please contact:

This publication is a wonderful way that folks from the area have contributed to an historic "millenium" project.
