Some additional information about viewing the projects.

Regarding PowerPoint: After you have clicked on the project link a window will ask if you want to open or save the project, click open.

After you have opened the project, right-mouse click on the presentation and select the full screen option.

Hit escape (Esc) after viewing the .ppt to return to the floor plan.
