In conjunction with the Connecticut Department of Transportation, QVCC offers the Basic Rider Safety Course. We offer this basic class in three locations: Killingly, Norwich, and Groton. Registering for this course is simple and you don't have to have a motorcycle or any motorcycle riding experience. For more information call us at 860-412-7300!

This is an introductory course intended for a new rider with little or no experience (although some veteran riders have found that they learned more than expected). Motorcycles are provided for on-cycle training. Graduates receive a waiver of any additional, Connecticut Department of Motor Vehicle, on-cycle license tests.

The course cost $200

Rhode Island  & Massachusetts now accept successful completion of Connecticut BRC programs.  Residents of these states will receive the same DMV and insurance benefits.
