Pharmacy Technician

pharmPharmacy technicians work under the supervision of a pharmacist and have duties that include filling prescriptions, counting pills, measuring medications, and labeling products. Pharmacy technicians also verify prescriptions and maintain patient records and insurance information. As their role expands, pharmacy technician career opportunities increase, and the outlook for employment in the field is very strong. QVCC pharmacy technician students have an 86% success rate in passing the course.
