Upon completion of the “Series 1 Potential Business Owner” workshops, private counseling is available to potential businesses at $25/hour charge. Existing business owners are automatically qualified and will be charged at a rate of $35/hr.Counseling sessions are held at QVCC, consulting sessions are held at your business location or at QVCC.
We can help with answers to questions such as:
• Am I on the right track to increased profitability?
• How do I compare to my competition?
• What can I do to increase my profitability?
• What makes my business profitable or unprofitable?
• Have I got the right strategy?
• How can I profitably expand?

All participants in private counseling or consulting will be asked to prepare a Business (or Strategic) Plan with our help.
