Performance evaluations are a very important part of any employee's career growth. At Quinebaug Community College we are committed to assuring that performance evaluations are done on a regularly scheduled basis and in accordance with any collective bargaining agreements. The healthy relationship that must exist between supervisor and employee always begins with open and honest discussions between each other. Communication truly works both ways and the performance evaluation process will provide feedback to each other so that employees can achieve and grow and supervisors can create a successful work environment.
