Library of Congress Classification System
The books in the QV library are arranged on the shelves according
to the Library of Congress Classification System,
which separates all knowledge into 21 classes, as outlined below. Each class is identified
by a letter of the alphabet, subclasses by combination of letters, and subtopics within
classes and subclasses by numerical notation.
