President's Conference Room - W207

The President's Conference Room, room number W207, is equipped with a LCD projector, powered screen, sound system, a DVD/VHS player, cable TV, and a number of inputs for a laptop or auxiliary video sources. It is controlled by a touch-screen that plugs into a pop-up box on the conference room table. This touch-screen is of slightly different design as the ones in the classrooms.

  1. Conference room touch-screenIf it's not already sitting on the conference room table, locate the touch-screen. It should be sitting on the shelf behind the two left hand doors in the wall cabinetry at the front of the room. At the far end of the conference room table there is a black pop-up box. Press on the lid to pop it up and connect the touch-screen to the plug directly below the computer in plug. After a second or two touch the face of the touch-screen to bring it to life.
  2. Also located in the left side of the cabinetry at the front of the room is the DVD/VCR payer and the plug-ins for auxiliary video sources. The VCR "Stop/Eject" and the DVD "Open/Close" buttons should be marked with small red dots for easy identification.
