In the extremely unlikely event that a person as intelligent and resourceful as yourself should need help here are a few places you can try.
For an Immediate Problem
In each classroom there is a phone that can be used to dial in-school extensions. If your problem is in any way computer related you should first try dialing the computer lab. If the problem is with any of the other equipment try the library.
For a Not So Immediate Problem
If you just have a general question about how to use a particular device or source, or perhaps you'd like to try something different, first, as above, try to determine whether this is a computer related question or a media related question. Then either call the appropriate extension above or try sending an e-mail with your question. Allow some time for a response. Of course you can always stop by the computer lab or the library to talk to a real live person.
