FLU VACCINE CLINIC TO BE HELD AT QVCC WILLIMANTIC
Med-East Medical Walk-in Center will hold a special Flu Vaccine Clinic on Thursday, October 25, at Quinebaug Valley Community College’s Willimantic Center. Flu shots will be available to anyone over the age of 12 from 3:00—5:00 pm.
According to Delia Berlin, director of the QVCC Willimantic Center, the cost
of the vaccine is $35 and is covered in full by Anthem Blue Cross/Blue
Shield, Oxford, Community Health Network, Healthnet, Medicare-Part B and
Title 19. People must bring a copy of their insurance card (both sides) or
payment. Cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express will
all be accepted.
Appointments are not necessary. QVCC is located at 729 Main Street in
downtown Willimantic. For more information, call 423-1824.
