Veterinary assisting is a rewarding career in a growing field. This 190 hour (approximately 10 months) program prepares students to assist the veterinarian in all aspects of animal care.

Credit programs include all associate degrees and certificates awarded at commencement. The college offers two degrees—Associate of Arts (A.A.) and Associate of Science (A.S.) in a variety of programs including Liberal Arts & Sciences, Business, Computer Services, Early Childhood Education, Engineering Science, Fine Arts, Medical Assisting and Technology Studies.
   
Noncredit programs and courses provide opportunities for those that are looking for professional or personal enrichment. Here you will find programs, such as CNA and Vet Assistant, that will help you immediately enter the workforce, as well as courses that will help you advance in your current career. You will also see courses of general interest that cover a variety of subjects.
