Registering for Classes
New, Transfer, or Re-Admitted Students
After completing the application process and basic skills assesment, new, transfer and re-admitted students may register online at my.commnet.edu. Advising Services will assist with the registration process.
Continuing and former students whose last registration was three semesters previous (ie: for spring 2012 semester, last registration was fall 2010) may register for classes online. You will need your Banner/Student ID number to access the secure registration system.
Students With Disabilities
Students with disabilities are encouraged to disclose their special needs to the director of disability services (Jim Grimord), the learning disability specialist (Chris Scarborough) or John Lepore at the Willimantic Center. Prior to taking the Basic Skills Assessment, a student with a disability that may require special assistance and/or facilities is encouraged to contact Chris Scarborough in the Danielson Learning Center or John Lepore at the Willimantic Center.
Senior Citizens Registration
Senior citizens who are Connecticut residents and 62 years of age or older may be eligible to register without paying the application fee, general fees, or tuition charges for courses supported by the General Fund. This applies to all credit courses on a space available basis. The Friday morning preceding the first day of the semester is the designated time for senior citizens to register.
